For booking please send us inquiry form or call us. And we will send you provisional booking documents. To secure your booking, the booking deposit (50% of the rental price) is required.  As the next step, we confirm your booking and send you the confirmed booking voucher upon receipt of the booking deposit.

 Note: please let us know if you need airport transfer or car rental, we will make arrangement for you.

Our representative will welcom you and the rental balance will be charged on your arrival. ‘Welcome package” will be a nice surprise waiting for you in the villa.

Other details:

• Villa cleaning is done once a week, garden and pool maintenance - once every 2 days.
• Electricity, water, gas, cleaning, pool and garden maintenance costs are included in the cost, there are no extra charge.
• Breakage deposit of 180 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon the inspection before the departure.
